Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. Based in Columbus, OH, you will drive day-to-day execution on-site, coordinate trades, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will manage multi-stakeholder coordination with owners, A/E teams, and subs, leading teams in union or multi-trade environments, with a focus on clear communication and on-site leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex ground-up projects (typically $20M–$50M+).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (owners, A/E teams, subs, inspectors).
• Ability to lead teams in union or multi-trade environments.
• Solid communication skills and field leadership presence.
