Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for high-profile commercial projects in the Midwest. You will provide daily jobsite leadership, manage field execution from mobilization through closeout, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to keep the schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction and field supervision, with experience reading plans, managing safety and quality, and communicating progress to the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Experience leading subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Experience with self-perform concrete, carpentry, or masonry operations.
• Ground-up and renovation project experience; able to read plans and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily jobsite leadership and oversee field execution from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and self-perform crews to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce safety standards, address field issues, and communicate progress to the project team.
• Read, interpret, and apply plans, specs, contracts, and construction documents; monitor progress.
