Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
• Renovation and new construction experience preferred.
• K-12, healthcare, or government project experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading, building code knowledge, planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Tennessee construction market; valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide excellent references.
