Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership in commercial general contracting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating complex schedules.
• Proven ability to lead projects from mobilization to final completion.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, sequencing, and means/methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial GC projects.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and onsite activities.
• Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate activities across trades to maintain schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs, owners, architects, and subs.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate priorities.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and milestones.
• Identify conflicts and develop proactive solutions.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Lead punch-list, inspections, turnover, and closeout.
