Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Commercial construction background with knowledge of methods and delivery.
• Strong quality control to meet plans and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and promoting a safe site.
• Effective communication with owners, design professionals, and teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer apps.
• Previous superintendent or foreman on commercial projects; licenses advantageous.
• High school diploma required; construction management degree beneficial.
