The role requires 5+ years of leadership in construction, OSHA 30 certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Travel on site with per diem is included.

You will direct daily operations, ensure safety, maintain documentation, and communicate with project managers to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a construction setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proven ability to lead diverse subcontractor teams.
• Experience maintaining organized job sites and detailed field reporting.
