Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a skilled Scheduler to partner with project teams in Houston to prepare schedule data for proposals and track active projects. You will apply unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, and develop work logic while identifying restraints and potential impacts to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes establishing WBS, activity durations, critical-path monitoring, and contributing to schedule recovery plans alongside execution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline or 9–15 years of experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and manages schedule data for project development and execution.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area.
• Performs schedule development including WBS, activity duration, logic, and expenditures.
• Monitors schedules and identifies critical activities; updates for applications, disciplines or specialties.
• Assists with schedule recovery plans with project teams.
