Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Lead Project Controls Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for energy services projects in Independence, Missouri. You will drive on-time delivery and budget adherence through meticulous CPM-based scheduling and progress tracking.

Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs, engineers, procurement and construction teams; performing critical path analysis; producing regular updates and forecasts; mentoring junior schedulers; and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in project controls scheduling in energy/oil & gas or heavy industrial.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 mandatory.
• Knowledge of CPM, WBS, EVM, and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all project phases.
• Perform critical path analysis and mitigate schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule updates and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior schedulers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support claims analysis and scheduling data for disputes.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, procurement, and construction teams.
