Job summary

Caturus in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Analyst, Project Schedule to manage and optimize complex infrastructure schedules, ensuring milestones are met and risks are controlled.

You will generate progress curves, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction, and perform critical path analyses using Oracle Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, MS Project, and SharePoint. Strong CPM knowledge and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit progress and spend curves.
• Integrate supplier lead times, manufacturing cycles, and logistics with procurement and engineering inputs.
• Create and maintain schedules for project development, ITB evaluation, and construction phases using Primavera P6/OPC, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Review and analyze contractors’ Progress /Earned Value reports and monthly schedule updates.
• Collaborate with Contracts Managers, Risk Specialists, IT Systems teams, and contractors to address schedule impacts from change orders, queries, and risks.
• Support and guide the project scheduling team and optimize scheduling standards.
