Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Scheduler for the Corpus Christi LNG project in Portland, TX. You will prepare schedule data for proposals, establish and maintain a discipline schedule, develop WBS, durations, and workflow logic, and monitor critical paths to keep project on time.

You will analyze schedules, review subcontractor schedules, and assist with recovery plans while using PCWorks, Primavera, and MS Project in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of related work experience.
• Experience in planning and scheduling functions in the field and home office.
• Proficiency with Primavera and Microsoft Project; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a discipline area or specialty.
• Develops WBS, activity durations, workflow logic, and expenditures.
• Monitors schedule and updates critical activities and performance metrics.
• Maintains critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Performs schedule analysis to identify critical activities.
• Monitors subcontractor schedules and assists with recovery plans.
