Job summary

DYWIDAG seeks an experienced Project Manager to estimate, manage, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role centers on post-tensioning and CFRP work across heavy civil and commercial infrastructure, requiring close coordination with clients, engineers, and internal teams.

You will lead project execution, manage finances, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Technical or engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years of managing Repair and Strengthening preferred.
• Completion of a Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred or ability to obtain this training.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Thorough understanding of post tensioning, CFRP and repair systems preferred.
• Experience on civil/heavy construction or DOT/bridge projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on every aspect of the job through site safety plans.
• Collaborate with team to meet budget and client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors and operations.
• Lead, manage, coordinate and direct assigned projects.
• Manage project finances to meet or exceed budget expectations.
• Use Navision for Job Progress Report management and monthly reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities through client conversations during execution.
• Prepare completed estimates to support sales and BD efforts and project quotes.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, work plans and other technical submittals.
• Travel to construction sites as required.
