Job summary

FourPoint Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to estimate, manage, and deliver projects in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. This remote role covers structural repair and strengthening, including post-tensioning and CFRP projects, with travel 2-3 times per year to project sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil construction/project management experience, reads engineering drawings, and can coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to meet schedule and budget

Qualifications

• Experience managing repair and strengthening projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• OSHA or safety training or ability to obtain it.
• Five+ years in civil construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety with site-specific safety plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage project budget and financial reporting.
• Lead project from initiation to handoff and closure.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor and materials.
• Review shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Engage with marketing for campaigns and reports.
