Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Project Manager to lead sales support and project management for CT-based projects. You will plan, develop, and direct all aspects of assigned projects to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations, including vendor management, proposals, and oversight of repair/restoration work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years in project management, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years PM experience; concrete/restoration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client Services Manager to align vendor network for projects.
• Communicate with Structural Engineers for scope and estimating.
• Solicit vendor pricing through approved programs.
• Prepare and update project budget, schedule, and construction plan.
• Oversee subcontractor work and progress to meet client expectations.
• Manage procurement of project materials and payment requisitions.
