Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Next Best Action (NBA) expansion across multiple channels and data sources.

You will coordinate activities among Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams, managing integrated project plans and status reporting. Ideal candidates have experience handling complex technology initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders, and delivering enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, or delivery teams.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience preparing project status reports for leadership.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for NBA expansion.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and launch dates.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Consolidate delivery information into a cohesive view of project health.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and communicate potential impacts.
• Escalate risks, issues, and unresolved dependencies to Product Managers or leadership.
• Maintain project artifacts: plans, risk logs, dependency tracking, issue logs, decisions, actions.
• Facilitate meetings and follow-ups to support cross-functional coordination.
• Support launch readiness by addressing dependencies and risks.
• Prepare recurring status updates with milestones and risks.
• Partner with PMs and Scrum Masters to understand plans and commitments.
• Support governance forums with status materials and follow-ups.
• Assist planning for future NBA expansions and new use cases.
• Improve tracking and coordination practices as NBA grows.
