Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects, with preference for ground-up multifamily work.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable in a collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across owners, architects, engineers, subs, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Oversee all phases from preconstruction to turnover and warranty, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Champion safety culture and OSHA compliance across projects.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and hold partners to commitments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and development partners to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices, and cost forecasts with accurate reporting.
