Haverkamp Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily developments from preconstruction to turnover.

You will report to the Director of Construction and drive project performance, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality standards. As part of the Construction Team, you will coordinate internal teams, trade partners, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring safety and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and field personnel.
• Oversee all phases from preconstruction through turnover and warranty.
• Champion safety and ensure OSHA compliance and quality standards.
• Establish expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
• Maintain clear communications and build strong working relationships with project partners.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, invoices, and cost forecasting.
