Jobot is seeking a permanent Project Manager to oversee Mechanical/HVAC projects in the construction sector. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, and proficiency in reading engineering drawings and building codes related to HVAC and plumbing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with Mechanical/HVAC projects.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Demonstrated experience in the management and coordination of plumbing installations.
• Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and building codes related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents; convey expectations to team and stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and critical paths; deliver progress reports and proposals.
• Manage scope changes, anticipate crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Estimate resources and personnel needs; recruit as necessary during the project cycle.
• Direct and manage project development end-to-end; delegate tasks accordingly.
• Coordinate installation of HVAC and plumbing systems per specs and building codes; review drawings.
• Ensure documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
