Jobot is seeking a Project Manager/Project Executive to lead HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and piping projects for commercial and industrial environments. The role involves overseeing preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget results.

You will manage multiple projects, drive financial performance, support forecasting, and contribute to a collaborative culture across Design Build and IPD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC sheet metal, mechanical, refrigerant piping, and hydronic piping.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and piping projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
