Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and execute production schedules, staffing plans, and project strategies.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes, production planning, risk assessments, and continuous process improvements.
  • Support estimating, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and production planning for new projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Production Manager

This is a full-time, onsite position in Aurora, CO offering a salary of $95,000–$140,000, plus an annual incentive program of up to 10% based on company and individual performance.
