Qualificações

• Experience as a Project Manager in interiors or high-end commercial general contracting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in occupied spaces.
• Strong client relations skills and collaborative disposition.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the efforts of all project activities and personnel.
• Coordinate with Estimating to formulate award schedules for trades during pre-construction.
• Review project documents, drawings, specs, contracts, scope of work, and schedule.
• Organize and facilitate project kick-off meetings with key participants.
• Prepare and issue progress reports, schedules updates, and budget updates.
• Lead periodic meetings with project team and client to resolve issues and coordinate disciplines.
• Forecast and track labor, management, and material costs to complete the project.
• Monitor project status via schedule, submittals, RFIs, and open items.
• Manage scope changes, inform client, and negotiate changes in fee as needed.
• Manage budget, expenses, and provide finance reporting.
• Ensure timely invoicing and monitor receivables and subcontractor pay.
• Ensure insurance certificates meet requirements prior to mobilization.
• Ensure punch list completion and Building Department sign-off.
• Organize and deliver project close-out/As-Built documents.
