JRM Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams, guide planning, execution, and financial outcomes, and mentor on-site staff.

You will manage client relationships, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain safety and quality standards across multiple projects. Requires 10+ years in interiors or high-end projects and knowledge of construction contracts.

California salary range: $200,000–$225,000 per year, with focus on performance and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years experience in interiors or high-end projects, preferably commercial/corporate offices.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; 4-Hour Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of accountability for overall project success, liaising with client, design team, consultants and subcontractors.
• Lead project strategy, staffing, and execution with alignment to client and company objectives.
• Oversee project administration, directing APMs and PMs on change orders, document control, meetings, and closeout.
• Own project financial performance from start to finish, including budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Lead financial controls including change orders, billing, receivables, and subcontractor management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; drive resolution with leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
