Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in interiors or high-end projects, preferably commercial.
• Knowledge of multiple construction disciplines, scheduling, safety, and contracts.
• 30-Hour OSHA and 4-Hour Scaffold User Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary accountability for overall project success, coordinating with client, design team, and subcontractors.
• Lead project strategy, staffing, and execution aligned with client expectations and contracts.
• Oversee project administration, change orders, document control, meetings, and closeout.
• Own project financial performance from budgeting to profitability.
• Manage billing, receivables, and subcontractor finances with controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, lead resolution with stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor APMs and PMs, ensuring team performance.
• Coordinate across multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs.
• Ensure safety standards and contract compliance across projects.
