Job summary

United Future is seeking a Project Manager to support Sr. Project Manager across large-scale construction projects, including data center and other heavy industrial sectors. You will assist in planning, scheduling, change requests, budgeting, and coordinating with teams and subcontractors.

You will regularly prepare reports, communicate with clients, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating meetings with owners, architects, and engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/CM/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years direct construction project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills; quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Tactful conflict resolution and strong problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and oversee subcontractors.

• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues.
• Research and propose solutions to design document problems and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field or contract work for compliance with standards and codes.
• Handle submittals and RFIs.
• Support early completion and tracking of billing.
