ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Sr. Project Manager across a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, including data centers and heavy industrial sectors.

The role involves coordinating change requests, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on timely, on-budget project delivery. The team collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience in heavy industries.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Usually manage subcontractor execution and coordination.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track expenses and monitor budget compliance.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in coordination meetings with owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Assist in change requests and design issue resolutions.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and early billing tracking.
