Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate complex industrial construction projects, primarily water/wastewater facilities and manufacturing plants. You will lead project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to deliver scope on time and within budget, while managing client liaison and overall project profitability.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and may have a PE; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and resources.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and responsible for project profit or loss.
• Mentor and assist career development of other team members.
