Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking an experienced project leader to manage industrial construction projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget. You will guide project teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of experience in construction, with PE credentialing optional. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years' experience in construction, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports and modify schedules as needed.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination meetings and monthly safety kickoff meetings.
