Job summary

Empower AI in Washington, DC, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead and be accountable to the Program Manager for the overall program. The DPM heads the PMO to ensure we manage operations and deliverables supporting the Department of State's IT services enterprise-wide.

You will coordinate with Government reps, facilitate interagency collaboration (DHS, DOJ, DoW, USCIS CLAIMS), and manage data flows. A 12+ year IT background, a Bachelor's degree, PMP, and a TS clearance are required; ITIL

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT program management experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO to ensure delivery of required IT services to DoS users enterprise-wide.
• Coordinate with Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align requirements, timelines and priorities.
• Support interagency data sharing initiatives with DHS, DOJ, DoW and other agencies.
• Manage data from USCIS CLAIMS and other approved electronic means.
• Represent DoS's technical interests on interagency calls.
