Job summary

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to support capital projects from scope and design development through funding, procurement, construction, and close-out.

You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress to stakeholders across multiple sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 8+ years in pipeline, facilities, or processing environments, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years related experience in pipeline, measurement, facilities, compression, and/or processing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project cycle for natural gas projects including scope, design, funding requests, estimating, and execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project completion with oversight across multiple sites.
• Provide direction to project teams including controls, engineering, operations, and legal.
• Support business development with engineering reports, options, estimates, and client presentations.
• Regularly report progress to stakeholders and conduct site visits with third-party vendors.
