Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead acquisition and production projects in our eMotor and eAxle product area for North America customers.

The role focuses on managing cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing, with travel up to 20% and a strong emphasis on on-time, on-spec, and on-budget execution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in automotive product launches.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing).
• Experience interfacing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project/program teams (internally and externally) for production projects with focus on launch and after SOP activities, and ensure project KPI's are achieved (on-time, on-spec, on-quality, on-budget/profit, and customer satisfaction).
• Travel and work from the plant on demand to ensure safe launch and change management.
• Drive risk definition and mitigation plans, problem solving, and human/capital resource management.
• Manage schedules and open issues to closure by prioritizing, communicating, and reducing risk through informed decisions.
