Job summary

MG3 Energy LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Distributed Energy Infrastructure in the Austin area. The role leads projects from diligence through commissioning, coordinating with commercial, engineering, operations, utilities, and vendors. The position is hybrid with travel to project sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in energy infrastructure, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in project engineering, development, construction management, or EPC project management.
• Experience managing technically complex energy, electrical, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development and site diligence to define scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate pricing and scope with vendors, EPCs, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and critical-path activities; monitor progress.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction activities and interconnection diligence.
• Manage project budgets, contingencies, expenditures, and cost-to-complete; review invoices.
