Job summary

MG3 Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Distributed Energy Infrastructure to lead projects across the full lifecycle from site diligence to commissioning. You will collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations teams, customers, EPCs, utilities, and suppliers.

The role requires ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and execution. This hands-on position leverages your ability to navigate ambiguity, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive projects forward with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project engineering, development, construction management, or EPC project management.
• Experience managing technically complex energy, electrical, construction projects.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, drawings, specs, submittals, schedules.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• PMP certification or formal project management training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial site assessments and technical diligence for distributed energy projects.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and EPC to develop project CAPEX.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and track progress against plan.
• Manage project budgets, contingencies, and cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction activities and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate commissioning plans and project handover to operations.
