Job summary

Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects over $50MM in revenue. You will be the single point of contact for owners, coordinating field teams, Estimating, procurement, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and a minimum of five years in construction management. Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: oversee progress, enforce safety, ensure quality objectives.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and as-builts.
• Scheduling: plan and maintain project schedules with input from field teams.
• Financial Management: manage budgets, cash flow, invoicing, and payments to subs.
• Procurement and Commitments: develop procurement strategy, bid analysis, subcontractor awards.
• Estimating: prepare detailed estimates and cost codes for projects.
• Project Lifecycle Management: lead scope, objectives, deliverables, and close-out tasks.
• Scope and Change Management: handle notices, change orders, and budget updates.
• Risk Management: identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Subcontractor/Vendor Management: monitor performance and address issues.
• Design Coordination: review design docs, ensure constructability, coordinate permits.
• Client Relations: maintain communications, reports, and directives with clients.
• Project Development: respond to RFPs with conceptual estimates and schedules.
• Staffing: coordinate team structure, superintendent needs, and roles.
• Project Communications: establish and maintain stakeholder updates.
• Travel as required.
• Other duties and supervision as needed.
