Job summary

The Haskell Company in New Orleans, LA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex projects (over $50MM) as the single point of contact for owners. You will coordinate with design, field teams, and procurement to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk, safety, and quality oversight, plus client relations and lifecycle management across multiple phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to travel per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety, and quality oversight on complex projects.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and drawing updates.
• Plan and schedule projects with the team and subcontractors.
• Control project costs, cash flow, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate procurement, bids, and change orders.
• Provide client relations and progress reporting.
