Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects as the primary liaison with owners and clients. You will coordinate design, estimate scope, schedules and procurement, ensuring constructability and budget integrity across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will drive progress with field teams, manage cost reporting, and oversee subcontracts and change orders to protect project cash flow and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 8 years minimum in construction management.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects as single point of contact to owner/client.
• Assist in responding to proposals and prepare conceptual estimates, schedules and bid documents.
• Monitor design progress and provide input on constructability, scope and cost changes.
