Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar construction role.
• Experience managing commercial plumbing/HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of plumbing/HVAC systems.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent project management with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial plumbing/HVAC projects from planning to completion.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Manage project budgets and provide updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve schedule or budget risks.
• Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders.
