Job summary

LeoForce in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial carpentry and millwork projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

Requirements include 4+ years in commercial construction project management, proven multi-project oversight, and strong scheduling/budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with union labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with union carpenters, millwork foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead client communication with a solutions-oriented, transparent approach.
• Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs; manage change orders.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with codes.
• Track project financials and provide regular reporting to ownership.
