Job summary

LeoForce in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial carpentry and millwork projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

Requirements include 4+ years in commercial construction project management, proven multi-project oversight, and strong scheduling/budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with union labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Details

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews – keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (carpentry, millwork, or interior fit-out experience a strong plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills — with clients, crews, and ownership alike
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results that exceed expectations
• Experience working with union labor preferred
