Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Architecture, Engineering and Construction to lead project delivery from initiation to closeout. You will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, and supervise staff and subconsultants.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field with 4+ years of project management experience in design/construction, with Licensure preferred and PMP a plus. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with 4+ years directly managing projects in a design/construction related field.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals including scope, schedule, fee budget, and fee negotiations.
• Accountable for team quality, productivity, and actions.
• Lead full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships and communications.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams ensuring quality, schedule and finances.
• Develop and monitor work plans with tasks and deliverables for internal teams and subconsultants.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, standards and client requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead internal meetings and client presentations; prepare progress reports.
• Contribute to business development including proposals and interviews.
• Supervise direct reports.
