CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Architecture, Engineering and Construction to lead design and construction projects across residential, energy, commercial, light industrial and public programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; 4+ years managing design/construction projects preferred.
• Professional licensure (RA/PE/PS/RLA) preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Deltek and Newforma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals to define scope, schedule, and budget, including fee negotiations and change orders.
• Accountable for quality, productivity, and actions of the team.
• Lead full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact for relationships, expectations, and communications.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams for quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Develop work plans with tasks and deliverables for internal and subconsultants.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for scope, schedule, and budget challenges.
• Lead internal meetings and client presentations; prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Contribute to business development including proposals and interviews.
• Responsible for billing and accounts receivable in collaboration with accounting.
• Supervise direct reports; perform other duties as assigned.
