Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction to lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception through closeout. You will develop scopes, schedules, and fee budgets, while coordinating proposals, contracts, and client communications.

You will oversee budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The role also involves mentoring staff and supporting business development through project interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with 4+ years managing projects in design & construction preferred
• Professional licensure (RA/PE/PS/RLA) preferred; PMP certification preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, Deltek and Newforma

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals including scope, schedule and fee budgets; negotiate fees
• Lead full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation to closeout
• Serve as primary client contact; manage client expectations and communications
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation for successful delivery
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams; ensure technical quality and schedule adherence
• Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct internal meetings and client presentations; prepare progress reports
• Mentor direct reports and contribute to business development efforts
• Ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements
