Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Architecture, Engineering and Construction to lead design and construction projects across residential, energy, commercial, light industrial and public programs.

The role involves planning, executing and delivering projects within schedule and budget while coordinating resources, quality control, invoicing, and client communications. The position supports a Flexible and Hybrid Work Schedule in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with several years of project management experience in design/construction.
• Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Deltek and Newforma; strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design and construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and quality control.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, and client billing; maintain project documentation.
