Job summary

Eftec North America L L C is seeking a Project Management Coordinator in Taylor, MI to lead a team of Project Managers across complex cross-functional projects, including OEM launches and APQP-related deliverables.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality, while aligning project portfolios and improving governance. Strong leadership, APQP/PPAP knowledge, and PM tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience leading project teams or supervising PMs.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Salesforce, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and develop talent.
• Oversee execution of cross-functional projects, timelines, budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and other teams.
• Own and improve PM tools, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Support customer launches, reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
