Insight Global is seeking a Lead Project Manager to steer capital projects from initial scope through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout. You’ll drive critical decisions and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

In this role you will manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost controls, risk management, and change orders; coordinate operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors, and contractors; and mentor engineers and project managers to raise

• 4+ years managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience taking projects through commissioning and startup.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management skills.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and earned value management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
