Job summary

Lubrizol IMEA seeks a seasoned engineer to lead capital projects in our Avon Lake, Ohio operations. You will steer projects from concept to startup, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency while coordinating design, procurement, and construction with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years leading industrial capital projects, with strong knowledge of PSM, SAP, and AutoDesk.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline with five+ years of capital-project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoDesk, and knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM).
