This role manages engineering projects from scope development through installation and completion while collaborating with plant operations and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has ~5 years of process or project engineering experience, hands-on plant knowledge, and strong communication and ownership of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Approximately 5 years of process engineering and/or project engineering experience.
• Chemical-process or chemical-manufacturing experience.
• Capital-project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and project spending.
• Hands-on plant or manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong ownership and project-management abilities.
