Job Description Summary

As related to customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects, this role is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project activities and resources. The role impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning and execution. It has some autonomy but focuses on executing activities within standard practices and procedures, with some judgment required under guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee non-turnkey projects or product/equipment-only projects, managing project resources for small to medium-sized projects involving equipment, product suites, or non-turnkey projects.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using experience and expertise to execute policies and strategies.
• Understand key business drivers and how the work of the team contributes to broader objectives.
• Apply judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance, using technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems, often consulting multiple internal sources.
• Possibly serve as an individual contributor with interpersonal skills or an early people leader, providing informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of project management experience.
