ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

We seek a self-motivated, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Manager, Forecasting & Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the demand and revenue models, heavily involved in pricing management to increase profitability, and performing rigorous analytics to support decision-making. This high-visibility role offers the chance to shape business direction and revenue growth strategy. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, financial modeling skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems clearly and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Forecasting
  • Drive volume and revenue modeling for the US, including acquisition, retention, new product launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Own demand forecast for Financial Planning and S&OP cycles, serving as a liaison between Supply Planning and Sales.
  • Support omni-channel pricing strategies, including price pack architecture, channel margins, and MSRP management at the state level.
  • Influence pricing decisions through elasticity analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario modeling.
  • Performance Analytics & Insights
  • Identify key performance metrics and build alignment across teams.
  • Monitor and analyze shipment, depletion, sell-through data, and consumer insights; communicate findings and escalate deviations or risks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, advising leadership on risks and opportunities.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as strategic finance, consulting, business operations, investment banking, data science, or BI. CPG experience is preferred.
  • Expert in Excel modeling; capable of solving complex business challenges.
  • Proficient with large data sets, insights distillation, and presentation for senior audiences.
  • Experience with incomplete data, root cause analysis, Tableau, syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with ownership and proactive sharing of insights.
EDUCATION :
  • Quantitative or Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
