The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in commercial electrical construction, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial electrical construction with leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale projects.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Review contracts, manage risk, and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across project teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, resource planning, and business growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
