Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Experience with operating chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, pulp & paper, power, or similar heavy facilities.
• Strong knowledge of project execution in operating plants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient in engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and plant systems.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Coordinate resources and project priorities across multiple projects and clients.
• Develop engineering execution strategies, work plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and address technical, quality, resource, and schedule concerns.
• Serve as primary technical interface with client engineering and site leadership.
• Lead knowledge transfer and onboarding of new engineering resources.
• Mentor engineers and designers; identify development opportunities.
• Partner with project management, operations, maintenance, and construction to drive execution.
• Promote safe engineering practices and continuous improvement.
