Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PhD in Engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work and manage schedule and budget.
• Assist marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of team’s work and mentor the team to project objectives.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client and teaming partners at staff level.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
